Privacy notice on the processing of personal data Related to the performance of promotional activities
Terna Energy Solutions S.r.l., Altenia S.r.l., Tamini Trasformatori S.r.l., Brugg Cables AG, Brugg Cables Manufacturing AG, Brugg Cable Services AG, and Brugg Cable Italia S.r.l. (collectively, the “Companies”) hereby inform you about the processing (the “Processing”) of your personal data (the “Data”) for the purpose of sending promotional communications.
The Processing is carried out by the Companies acting as joint data controllers.
The Companies have designated a single contact point at Terna Energy Solutions S.r.l., which may be contacted by email at privacy@terna.it, where you may also request an extract of the joint controllership agreement.

The Processing is carried out for the purpose of sending promotional communications, including market research and customer satisfaction surveys, relating to the activities, products and/or services of the Companies and, more generally, of the Terna Group, in the field of energy management and energy production and connectivity services. The legal basis for the Processing is your consent.
The provision of Data for this purpose is optional.
In any event, the Data Controller may store the Data for any further period as necessary in order to comply with legal obligations and/or to defend its legal position.
The Data may be disclosed to service providers supporting the achievement of the purposes indicated above.
The Data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, in particular Switzerland, on the basis of the adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission in respect of that country.
The Data may be retained for a period of up to twenty four (24) months from the date of collection or until the withdrawal of consent, if earlier.
You have the right to:
- request access to your Data;
- obtain the rectification or erasure of your Data;
- request the restriction of Processing or object to the Processing;
- exercise the right to data portability.
You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the Processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
Finally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (for Italy, the Italian Data Protection Authority – Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).
