Altenia has signed a preliminary agreement for the 100% acquisition of STE Energy, to broad its portfolio of solutions for companies and operators investing in the energy sector.
New organization for Terna Energy Solutions, which becomes a sub-holding company and coordinates Altenia, Tamini and Brugg Cables, and will also offer fiber optic services.
