Altenia: preliminary agreement signed for the acquisition of STE Energy
March, 6ᵗʰ 2025 – As part of its efforts to broaden its portfolio of top-of-the-range solutions for companies and operators investing in the energy sector, Altenia has signed a preliminary agreement for the 100% acquisition of STE Energy, a company which has been active in the design, construction and maintenance of renewable energy systems and electrical infrastructure for 30 years.
