Cabot Italiana, the historic branch of the US global leader in the research and production of special chemical products and high-performance materials, with headquarters in Ravenna, has entrusted Terna Energy Solutions (TES) with revamping and power increase of its high-voltage electrical substation. TES has managed the project with an end-to-end approach throughout all the phases of works, from engineering to supply and installation of high-voltage components and protection, command and control systems. Services provided included also the supply by Tamini, the TES Group company active in transformers business, of a new 30 MVA HV-MV transformer. This very challenging project falls within the scope of the ESG goals of the Cabot Group and TES is the company supporting the customer in the achievement of these sustainability targets.
